Access Granting: Upon successful subscription and
payment confirmation through Stripe, customers will receive access
to the paid portion of the Discord server. This process is automated
and typically occurs within a minute of payment confirmation.
Content Access:
Subscribers will gain immediate access to all existing content on
our Discord server, including but not limited to, educational
materials, live trading sessions, and community discussions.
Live Sessions:
Schedules for live sessions and webinars will be posted in advance
in the designated Discord channel. Recordings will be made available
for those who cannot attend live.
Continuous Updates:
Our service includes ongoing updates to educational materials and
additional resources. Subscribers will have access to all new
content at no additional cost as long as their subscription is
active.
Renewal: Subscriptions are
automatically renewed monthly. Subscribers will receive an email
reminder before renewal.
Cancellation:
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time via the
payment portal or by contacting our support team. Access to the
Discord server and its contents will remain active until the end of
the current billing cycle.
Refunds: We
do not offer refunds or pro-rated refunds if your membership has
already begun for the month. Requests for refunds must be submitted
in writing to our support team within the specified period.
